How do you ship your products?
We ship via UPS within 1-2 business days of receiving the order from our warehouse in Ottawa. You will be sent a tracking number once it ships.
Are there shipping charges?
Shipping is $8.95 across the USA, FREE SHIPPING if order is over $80. Bundle with other items to receive Free Shipping.
How can I track my package?
After your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation which includes the tracking number. You can click on the tracking number and it will update you on the tracking status.
Are McIntosh Mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes they are!
*one exception, we recommend washing Klimt the Kiss mugs by hand.
I am buying this as a gift, are the prices included on the packing slip?
No, prices are not included on the packing slip that is sent. Just the name of the purchaser, name of the recipient, product name(s) and any note that is put on the order. Perfect for gifting!
