Absolutely love these mugs! They are perfect light weight and the handle is the right size for any hand.
They are tru 16 oz and the paint job is perfect. No dipples or runny marks in the paint job. These are my third order from this company and the do not disappoint!

Deceitful product descriptions

I ordered 3 mugs, 2 regular and 1 for tea. The regular mugs are described as holding 500ml or 16 oz (approx.). I am so upset to find that these mugs hold 11 oz at the most, a far cry from 16 oz. The teacup is described as holding 15.2 oz, again not able to hold more than 11 oz. I will return them immediately, and shop elsewhere. For a well-established and reputable company, I never imagined that MCINTOSH would deceive customers in this manner.

The listed capacities are accurate when measured to full capacity. The tea mug holds approximately 450 ml (15.2 oz) and the mocha mug approximately 500 ml (16 oz). We ship via UPS within 1-2 business days of receiving the order from our warehouse in Ottawa. You will be sent a tracking number once it ships.

Yes they are!
