Purchased the Canadian mugs. They are light and beautiful. I was almost tempted to not use them, but that would be foolish. We buy coffee mugs to drink coffee from.

It's a beautiful cup. Too bad the vertical seam cracked open after about 30 uses. I brew my tea pretty hot in a tea pot, then pour it into the cup. Apparently, this was too much for this cup. I've been making tea this way for about 40 years, and this is the first cup I've ever used that had a problem with the temperature. And that includes others made of bone china. So don't pour anything too hot into this cup!

Also, I never put this cup through the dishwasher, so that's not the cause.

I give a rating of one star, since not leaking your tea is a basic requirement of a cup. This one fails.
